Treasure Island Beachfront Vacation Resort Rental Condo Details :

I bought this condo in Panama City Beach, FL and am offering it for rent at a discount to get conscientious new clients interested.  It is at Treasure Island Resort Condominiums. Treasure Island Resort is a beachfront complex built in 2005 that is 23 floors high and has 12 units per floor, all of which face the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is on the 15th floor and has a spacious 1370 square feet of living space and a 28' x 9' foot balcony facing the gulf that is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.  It is very well built with 9 ft ceilings, beautiful crown moldings, granite countertops in the kitchen, double sinks and a 2 person shower in the master bath. Additional amenities include a king size tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom, 46", 37", and 26" High Definition 1080p flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and a couch with dual recliners.  The unit is also equipped with a full size Maytag washer and dryer if you feel like doing laundry.  And for those who can't leave their computers at home, the Resort does have high speed Internet.

Front view of the Treasure Island Resort Condo complex. 23 stories high and only 12 units on each floor make for fast access to the beach with 4 very high speed elevators and plenty of room at the beach with 420 feet of beachfront.  Treasure Island Resort has a very large beachside swimming pool that is heated to a very pleasurable 85 degrees year round.  It also has a NEW LARGE BEACHSIDE JACUZZI installed in 2015, and a state-of-the-art fitness center in case you don't get enough exercise in the surf and on the beach.

Easy and Plentiful Parking at Treasure Island Vacation Resort:

The 6 story parking garage provides covered parking with a dedicated parking space for each unit and ample additional parking for those traveling with multiple vehicles.  There is a walkway from each floor of the parking garage to the elevator area.  By luck, my dedicated parking spot just happens to be only 3 spots away from the elevator door on the 4th floor.  A trick I use is to store all my beach stuff in my car and when heading to the beach I just stop off at the 4th floor and collect the beach stuff and quickly back on the elevator and down to the beach.  Drop it back off at the car on the back up to the unit at the end of the day and it saves a lot of lugging and mess sitting around the unit. 

This is the view from the gulf-front Condo's 15th floor balcony facing west. You have a bird's eye view of the world's most beautiful sugar white beaches and the aqua blue gulf coast waters.  All day long you can see everything happening down in the crystal clear surf.  I've seen sea turtles and giant schools of sting rays go by, 4 foot barracuda cruising the sand bar and catching lunch in a flash, large tarpon meandering down the sandbar, and even the occasional shark sniffing on each bather as he glides down the beach.  You also get a spectacular view of sunsets that occur over the water just past the last buildings seen down the coast because the condo is angled slightly west.  The pool below is part of the Resort Condo and is heated for year-round enjoyment.  A little bistro called Liza's Munchies opened right on the pool deck that serves a variety of food and drink items chosen specifically for enjoyment in the summer beach and pool surroundings. A link to their website is on the LINKS tab.

The view off the front balcony (and the 2nd bedroom window) is of St. Andrew's Bay which is the hub of the fishing and marina activities in Panama City Beach.  This is where you can launch your boat, catch a charter or party boat, take a dolphin or shell island adventure, or just go see what the catch of the day is at about 5pm.

Fully equipped with all new appliances.  It has granite counter tops and a eat at bar and 4 bar stools.  We bought every kitchen gadget and utensil you could possibly want for cooking your fresh seafood catch.

The dining area just off the kitchen.  The doors you see contain 2 bunk beds for youngsters to camp out in.

Great floor plan of this spacious 1370 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (1 bath has 2 entries from the 2nd bedroom and the living area).  Large living room and full kitchen with bar and adjacent dining area provide for a contiguous area where everyone can be part of the fun.  The 28' x 9' balcony overlooking the beach is in addition to the 1370 square feet of living area.

Treasure Island Beachfront Vacation Resort Rental Condo Location :

Treasure Island is located on the non-congested east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and right next to Schooners, "The Last Local Beach Club" (a Gulf front bar and seafood house with live entertainment for the slightly older crowd), Montego Bay, and Scampy's restaurants. In addition, Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, the Treasure Ship Restaurant and many more restaurants are within short driving distances on non-congested roads.  Other amenities including shopping at Wal-mart, Alvin's Island, Sunsations, Pier Park Mall, fun times at St. Andrews State Park, oyster bars, water parks, the marina, and golf courses are also all within an easy drive.

Below is a link to TRIPADVISOR that currently has Treasure Island Resort Condominium ranked at #3 out of 105 specialty resorts  in Panama City Beach.  It is a wonderful family oriented resort but unfortunately has had a few poor reviews due primarily to cleanliness of the rooms.  My unit is not part of the Treasure Island Rental Program for that very reason and I now have a wonderful cleaning person who does a great job of spotlessly cleaning my unit.

 I have been going to Panama City Beach for almost 40 years and I enjoyed the rowdy crowded strip when I was one of the young people.  But when I could finally afford a place of my choosing, I specifically chose Treasure Island for its location, its extraordinary construction quality, the large and few in number units that makes for an uncrowded beach, and its amenties like a heated pool, NEW LARGE BEACHSIDE JACUZZI, and covered parking right by the 4 high speed elevators, and if I had my choice of any place in Panama City Beach, I would stay here (and that's why I bought my unit here).
